I was at my mum and dad's house with my whole family. The house was how it used to be before they had their extension. Everyone was home but I had to go to work. I went to work and had to use silicone on a red door ? I befan to work and there were a group of people in three cars getting ready to go somewhere. Two of them had sports cars which were dark blue in colour. When they left, I decided to go back home to spend time with my family.. I told them no was ill. When I got home, everyone was in the kitchen apart from my dad he was upstairs getting ready. Lina, my sister, wanted to make some coloured stones mixed with resin. And we were debating how it should be done. I wanted to mix lots of stones with little resin. Mum and lina wanted more resin with fewer stones. I explained to them how I thought it should be done. In the end, I mixed the resin and stones and made a black and orange salamander with a long horn on its head. Lauren, my younger sister, was waiting for a tv to be delivered, which arrived while I was there. Although I never saw the tv. Marcos, my elder sisters husband, was there and asked me a question which I can't remember, but I remember my answer being unenthusiastic. I then went to get ready upstairs. I saw my dad getting ready. However, I was trying to avoid him as I didn't want him to complain that I wasn't at work.
Dreams often reflect our thoughts, feelings, and current life situations, and your dream seems to involve themes of family dynamics, personal responsibility, and creative expression. Here’s a possible interpretation:
Returning Home & Family Dynamics: The dream starts in your parents' house, which represents a sense of security and nostalgia. The fact that it's in its original state before the extension could symbolize feelings about the past, perhaps a longing for simpler times or the comfort of childhood. Family gatherings often evoke feelings of togetherness, but your desire to leave for work may indicate a struggle between responsibilities and wanting to spend time with loved ones.
Work vs. Family: The tension between needing to go to work and wanting to stay with family highlights a common dilemma. You have obligations that pull you away from family time, which might suggest feelings of guilt or pressure regarding your responsibilities.
Debate on the Resin Stones: The discussion about mixing stones with resin could symbolize a difference in opinions or approaches within your family. You advocate for integrating more stones, which may represent your desire for more substance or complexity in life or relationships, whereas your sister and mother lean towards simplicity (more resin). This could reflect a deeper discussion about how you and your family members approach problems or projects in your lives.
Creation of the Salamander: The black and orange salamander you created may symbolize transformation and adaptability. Salamanders are often associated with renewal or change, while the contrasting colors could signify a balance of emotions or aspects of your personality. The long horn could represent uniqueness or individuality in how you express yourself creatively.
The TV Delivery: This could symbolize new information or experiences coming into your life. TVs often represent how we view the world or the outside influences entering your life. Not seeing the TV might reflect an anticipation of new developments or changes, but also a sense of disconnect from what others might be focusing on.
Avoiding Your Dad: Your attempt to avoid your father and his potential complaints indicates a desire to sidestep conflict or criticism. It might illustrate a fear of disappointing authority figures or a struggle to find your own path while still seeking approval.
Overall, the dream seems to reflect a mixture of responsibilities, family connections, and personal creativity, all while navigating your relationships and individuality within the family unit. It could be a prompt to explore how you balance these aspects in your waking life.
